Our story
Built around the quality and usability of asset information.
AssetEdge was founded by Steve Farrelly and Eddy Roberts after recognising a common problem: organisations were collecting large amounts of building and asset information, but the final data was not always accurate, consistent or useful.
We created AssetEdge to focus on the quality and usability of that information. Our work combines systematic site inspection, practical building knowledge, structured data capture and clear reporting.
We work across government, health, education, commercial and industrial environments. Every project is shaped around the client’s buildings, existing systems, access requirements and intended decisions.

We remain directly involved from scoping through to final delivery. That keeps communication clear, improves consistency and allows decisions to be made quickly when site conditions or existing data do not match expectations.
